We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were offered beverages right away even though we were walk-ins near closing time on Saturday. Jackie Zhang and Ali took great care of us. He took the time to help us buy our first Mercedes ever. He described the features of the G Wagon very throughly. They worked exceptionally above and beyond to offer the most competitive offer ever. I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown, from Sales to the Finance Manager to the Delivery Specialist. I was made to feel super special on my delivery day. I was always greeted with a smile. Duleep, made the process as easy as possible. This was my first purchase without physically seeing the vehicle in person and I was at ease through the whole process. On delivery day, Holli was super efficient and explained everything in 15 minutes. Next I was off to Tayla who was a great help and explained the vehicle in detail and set me up with my seat positioning, etc.
My experience with Mercedes-Benz Downtown (Ottawa) was very positive.
My adventure to purchase a car started with Duleep and Guan. Both are very easy to speak to, have good taste and offer solid suggestions. They have been patient with me as well as I did a factory order, and changed a few items here and there even after I initially put down my order (it was significant, I changed the colour of the leather seats and dash, and it was not a problem at all).
I also dealt with Holli who was very helpful with the financing, and took care of everything with ease and professionalism.
Finally, whilst the wait was about 6 months, it was well worth it in the end. My car was actually even nicer in reality than what I had expected in my mind. Ali walked through features with me and helped with some questions I had, and followed up with an email offering to sit down with me again to explore features in the car if I felt the need.
This is a very well run dealership; you walk in and they are always quick to offer assistance or guide you through the lineup if you have queries. When you purchase a vehicle, they are also well coordinated and organized which helps clients immensely as buying expensive cars can at time be nerve wracking, given all the paperwork, the large bank transaction, etc. They make it a very enjoyable and they ensure that you are familiar with the product before you hit the road.
