This experience has been by far the best. Thank you to Frankie and Holli who were both so professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Holli you really went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I have been leasing at Ogilvie Mercedes for some time now and keep returning because of good service.

This was my second experience with the service department and I must say Edwin was wonderful as usual and this was my first time being helped by Tiffany and she was a delight. They both made me feel like my satisfaction was really what they wanted to achieve. They even went the extra mile to reserve a loaner car for me and that really made my day especially because my own dealership is not being helpful at all. Thank you again to both of you.
