I arrived to drop off my vehicle and was promptly dealt with (even though my booking wasn't in the system - problems with the system). By 9:30, I was contacted to let me know the status of the service and a couple of recommendations, which I agreed to. The shuttle picked me up and my vehicle is being fetched for me as I write this. All in all, a good experience today. Thank you.

Scheduling
Overall pleased with service department. One qualifier, please explain to customer when scheduling appointment for drop off, that the drop off time does not equal the time a technician will begin working on the vehicle. Customers need to understand the possible time frame. Thank you
