Unlike other brand dealers, sales Stephane Ross took his time explaining in great detail every feature about the car, and was asking me questions to make sure the car I was interested in suited my needs. It was very clear Stephane has a passion for his work, extremely knowledgeable. Ogilvie will be seeing more business from me in the future once my lease is finished and I know if I had any questions at all there would be no hesitation from any staff member. 5 star service !
