I arrived to drop off my vehicle and was promptly dealt with (even though my booking wasn't in the system - problems with the system). By 9:30, I was contacted to let me know the status of the service and a couple of recommendations, which I agreed to. The shuttle picked me up and my vehicle is being fetched for me as I write this. All in all, a good experience today. Thank you.
