We are looking for a Delivery / Product Specialist who is passionate about technology, customer experience, and creating memorable delivery moments for our clients.
Position Summary
The Delivery / Product Specialist is responsible for managing the entire customer delivery experience from vehicle purchase to final handover. This role ensures every vehicle delivery is smooth, exciting, and tailored to the client.
You will become a Mercedes-Benz product expert, guiding customers through their new vehicle’s technology, features, and ownership experience while ensuring complete satisfaction at delivery.
This is a customer-focused, detail-oriented position that plays a key role in the dealership’s overall customer satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Do
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers
- Prepare vehicles to customer specifications prior to delivery
- Perform full vehicle feature demonstrations at delivery
- Ensure customers fully understand vehicle technology and features
- Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and dealership team
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Vehicle Delivery Preparation
- Ensure all accessories and options are installed before delivery
- Confirm vehicle is fully detailed, fueled/charged, and ready
- Verify all features and systems are functioning properly
- Ensure all paperwork and delivery documents are completed accurately
Product & Technology Expert
- Stay up to date on Mercedes-Benz technology, features, and products
- Maintain knowledge of competitor vehicles and features
- Attend manufacturer training programs
- Be able to clearly explain and demonstrate vehicle benefits to customers
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts departments
- Maintain communication with Mercedes-Benz Canada when required
- Support dealership operations where needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 3+ years customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is an asset
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- Must be available evenings and weekends
