One word I'd use to describe our experience at Ogilvie Mercedes would be perfection. Our sales rep Stephane Ross did a phenomenal job showing us the vehicle and he was extremely helpful. Purchasing my first Benz, my experience was great. Unlike other brand dealers, sales Stephane Ross took his time explaining in great detail every feature about the car, and was asking me questions to make sure the car I was interested in suited my needs. It was very clear Stephane has a passion for his work, extremely knowledgeable. Ogilvie will be seeing more business from me in the future once my lease is finished and I know if I had any questions at all there would be no hesitation from any staff member. 5 star service !
