Excellent Team

"This is the second time my wife took a lease at Mercedes Benz Ottawa (Ogilvie Mercedes Benz). Excellent team of dealership professionals. Let's start withe the sales guy, Jiahao Zhang. He came with us during the test drive of 2 cars, a GLB 250 and GLC 300, shows us the most notable features and he drove us to areas with rough roads to show how well the vehicles can take it. Then he lets me drive the cars. Never had that experience before in test driving a vehicle - that's what I call a real professional. During the nogotiation phase, he did his best to get the best price we want. Jiahao also replies right away to emails, provides me everything I need from quotes and questions - that he even replies on weekends, and follows up regularly via phone calls. That is customer service at it's best. As well, Leah Massih - the Financial Services Manager was very accomodating and professional and we have a pleasant time with her. The showrooms were really impressive too and everybody were friendly. During the delivery day, my wife's 2021 GLC 300 was neatly covered and with a giant red ribbon - with my wife's name on it. Was really impressed. They really make you feel important. I have attached a picture on how my wife's car looks like during delivery. And it was Jiahao himself who acted as the delivery specialist (even if it is not his job) to show us the operation and features of my wife's brand new car during pickup. I first met Jiahao as a delivery specialist when I took my BMW 330i at another dealership 3 years ago and I was already impressed by his work at that time. Now he does both jobs as sales person and delivery specialist just for us. What more could you ask for? More power to OMB and keep up the good work!"
