Overall, we had a great experience working with Masaki Ida. He is so knowledgeable, professional, easy going, responsive and his customer service skills are above and beyond what we expected. We appreciated not feeling pressured to buy; we also appreciated the Japanese green tea (nice touch). Pierre and Leah were equally friendly and welcoming.
