We saw the car online, we booked a test drive online and someone called us right away within 10 minutes to confirm the appointment. As soon as we entered the dealership, we felt welcomed, some people offered us help right away. A friendly gentleman named Frankie Meki was ready to assist us with the test drive. He explained everything, every aspects of the car, and the Mercedes brand as general. He also showed us everything the car can do including the safety features. Afterward the purchase negotiation was very pleasant and smooth. We didn't feel pressure nor he was holding something back from us. We trade in our car and the value he offered was the best compared to other places. Today, we are picking up the car and Frankie is still offering his best efforts which is over and above our expectation, to make sure we are comfortable with our new car, he made sure that we will enjoy the car for days to come.
