Frankie and the rest of the staff have been very informative and very helpful. Too many infos to remember and too excited to absorb everything. This is our first time to own a MB car. I have found that the Ogilvie dealership is fantastic and actually sets the bar for what I expect of dealers in Ottawa. In addition, I have often found that you in particular tend to go above and beyond. As you may know, I was in the market for a new car as my car is getting old and getting to the point where the economics of keeping it start to outway the economics of taking on a new car payment. I was evaluating Mercedes with BMW and this week I spent over $100,000 on a car at your dealership. The decision had a lot to do with your personal service as well as the way the dealership treats me.
I found Guan in the show room was extremely professional and patient. There are a lot of questions to ask when you consider spending a larger amount of money on a car. It was nice to meet the General Sales Manager, Leslie, who remembered me and greeted me by name.
