Dean is an excellent sales rep at Ogilvie! Of all the sales reps we have encountered over the years when purchasing new vehicles, we must say that he is the best! He was very thorough when explaining all the features about the cars. Patient when dealing with us and had answers for all the questions thrown his way. We came in initially just to see the cars but were quickly convinced to go for a road test... And that's without feeling pressured in any way. Rest assured that if we decide to buy a Benz it will no doubt be with Dean!
We have 2 other vehicles that my husband would like to check before making a final decision. However, a big plus already is the fact that we can tell that the customer service will be excellent at your location.
