Great Customer Experience
I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown ever since its previous name Mercedes-Benz Ogilvie for almost 20 years. I had purchased three vehicles there and continued have them serviced there ever since. The sale, service and parts consultants there are always most pleasant to deal with, and not the least also the courtesy ride service as well. I recently purchased my fourth vehicle there. If you want the full 'buying a brand new car experience', you go to Dean! Dean has been great from beginning to end. The first day I walked into the dealership I wasnot very sure what I needed. Dean made my Dad and I feel comfortable from the very start. He was very attentive and informative. Dean is the best, you will not be disappointed!
