Leslie was very helpful and patient in finding me the car I was looking for and kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to meet my satisfaction. Ilias was knowledgeable, took the time, and was very patient teaching me on the new system in the car and the difference between my new GLC and old GLK.
