I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown ever since its previous name Mercedes-Benz Ogilvie for almost 20 years. I had purchased three vehicles there and continued have them serviced there ever since. The sale, service and parts consultants there are always most pleasant to deal with, and not the least also the courtesy ride service as well. I recently purchased my fourth vehicle there. The sale consultant Mr Zarjan and Ms Leah and the service team there continue making this another most pleasant experience.
