First Benz - Perfect Experience - Perfect Service

This was our first foray into the world of MB. We were greeted at MB Downtown Ottawa by Masaki Ida and without question he made our experience so memorable. He was so attentive, and extremely patient answering my multitude of questions with expertise and kindness. Our car shopping ended after our first visit and we our now the new owners of a GLC 300! The entire staff were extremely professional and provided us with a great degree of comfort. If you’re in the market I would highly recommend them.

Purchasing my first Benz, my experience was great. Unlike other brand dealers, sales Stephane Ross took his time explaining in great detail every feature about the car, and was asking me questions to make sure the car I was interested in suited my needs. It was very clear Stephane has a passion for his work, extremely knowledgeable. Ogilvie will be seeing more business from me in the future once my lease is finished and I know if I had any questions at all there would be no hesitation from any staff member. 5 star service !
