First Benz - Perfect Experience - Perfect Service
This was our first foray into the world of MB. We were greeted at MB Downtown Ottawa by Masaki Ida and without question he made our experience so memorable. He was so attentive, and extremely patient answering my multitude of questions with expertise and kindness. Our car shopping ended after our first visit and we our now the new owners of a GLC 300!
