Number 1 service on Ottawa!

My first visit at Oglivie MB, the moment I walked in I was immediately treated with first class customer service from Stephane Ross. He was very professional and could answer all my technical questions due to his immense knowledge of the MB lineup of cars since I was asking questions about many different models. His great customer service skills enabled him to lead me in the right direction to buying the right car for me and not just for what was on the lot. I also dealt with a manager, Michael and he too was very professional. This meant to me that this dealership has great staff.
