Making arrangements went smoothly and car pick up was equally very good. Frankie's service was excellent. We were very pleased with his professional service and patient demeanour. This is our second purchase with him and he's always great. One star off for the scratch and the receptionist making me call 3 times just to reach him and hanging up on me. The scratch was resolved and I'm very happy. Will return again for Frankie.
