Purchasing my first Benz, my experience was great. Unlike other brand dealers, sales Stephane Ross took his time explaining in great detail every feature about the car, and was asking me questions to make sure the car I was interested in suited my needs. It was very clear Stephane has a passion for his work, extremely knowledgeable.
