Service reception was very good, one comment, ride back to the dealer should be available after 4. Driver asked me at 3:00 if I do not come now (3:05) he cannot give me a ride later.
Outstanding Service
I have found that the Ogilvie dealership is fantastic and actually sets the bar for what I expect of dealers in Ottawa. In addition, I have often found that you in particular tend to go above and beyond. As you may know, I was in the market for a new car as my car is getting old and getting to the point where the economics of keeping it start to outway the economics of taking on a new car payment. I was evaluating Mercedes with BMW and this week I spent over $100,000 on a car at your dealership. The decision had a lot to do with your personal service as well as the way the dealership treats me.
I found Guan in the show room was extremely professional and patient. There are a lot of questions to ask when you consider spending a larger amount of money on a car. It was nice to meet the General Sales Manager, Leslie, who remembered me and greeted me by name.
