Mercedes Benz Ottawa Downtown rolled out the red carpet and gave me and family the VIP customer service experience. From the moment, we walked in. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were offered beverages right away even though we were walk-ins near closing time on Saturday. Jackie Zhang and Ali took great care of us. He took the time to help us buy our first Mercedes ever. He described the features of the G Wagon very throughly. They worked exceptionally above and beyond to offer the most competitive offer ever. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. We definitely be considering another vehicle purchase with them in the future.
