I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown, from Sales to the Finance Manager to the Delivery Specialist. I was made to feel super special on my delivery day. I was always greeted with a smile. Duleep, made the process as easy as possible. This was my first purchase without physically seeing the vehicle in person and I was at ease through the whole process. On delivery day, Holli was super efficient and explained everything in 15 minutes. Next I was off to Tayla who was a great help and explained the vehicle in detail and set me up with my seat positioning, etc.

We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We were offered beverages right away even though we were walk-ins near closing time on Saturday. Jackie Zhang and Ali took great care of us. He took the time to help us buy our first Mercedes ever. He described the features of the G Wagon very throughly. They worked exceptionally above and beyond to offer the most competitive offer ever.
