He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and expertise, all without any pressure. Jacob found the ideal vehicle for our needs and made the entire buying experience an absolute pleasure. The Sales Manager, Ryan Prince, responded promptly to our many calls and emails, seamlessly handled the end of our Subaru lease, and was nothing but kind and supportive throughout the process. Thanks to both of them, our Mercedes purchase experience was nothing short of outstanding.
