From the moment we walked into the dealership, our bilingual sales consultant, Jacob Wilson, delivered truly exceptional service. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and expertise, all without any pressure. Jacob found the ideal vehicle for our needs and made the entire buying experience an absolute pleasure. The Sales Manager, Ryan Prince, responded promptly to our many calls and emails, seamlessly handled the end of our Subaru lease, and was nothing but kind and supportive throughout the process. Thanks to both of them, our Mercedes purchase experience was nothing short of outstanding.
We are also grateful to Masaki Ida, Sales Manager, who guided us through the purchase details and options with remarkable patience and care. Just bought my first Mercedes. The service was amazing everyone worked as a team. Great customer service. We first dealt with Naomi, truly an amazing sales rep. Communication was great and we got an amazing deal. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of purchasing a car. Next was the finance, we dealt with Jiaho. He was absolutely amazing the process could not have been any smoother, he was so sweet and nice. Next step was the delivery specialist. Tayla was amazing best way to close off the sale.
